When the scent of fresh bread fills the air, the day begins softly and full of possibility. The day before, you choose exactly what you would love for breakfast via the Morgenpost (our daily morning journal): light & green, sweet & delicate, hearty & grounding, or nourishing & energising. No buffet, no rush — just regional ingredients, handmade favourites, and seasonal flavours, carefully selected and prepared for you each day.
Eierbote (fresh egg delivery service)
Whether creamy scrambled eggs, sunny-side-up eggs or a soft-boiled egg – the “Eierbote” is bringing indulgence directly to your door.
Kuchenbote (cake delivery)
As the afternoon sun casts its golden light across the village, the little Ape rolls in – filled with cakes that taste like childhood memories. Three stops, warm smiles and the scent of vanilla and butter drifting through the air. And for those who feel like lingering a little longer, a small afternoon buffet awaits in the lobby with biscuits, homemade cakes and sweet treats fresh from the bakery.

Genussbote (Dinner delivery service)
As dusk settles softly over the mountains, evenings are made for gathering around the table – sharing stories from the day while the scent of good food fills the air. Whether it’s a relaxed three-course dinner, sizzling raclette, golden grilled cheese or bubbling cheese fondue shared together, every meal is made for cosy moments and lingering conversations. Alongside it all: generous Tyrolean snack boards filled with regional delicacies. Evenings that make eyes sparkle like the stars above the chalet and leave you wishing the night would last a little longer.

Indulgent chocolate fondue
Outside, branches whisper softly in the evening breeze, while indoors the scent of chocolate and comforting warmth fills the air. Our chocolate fondue is a celebration of contrasts: fresh and fruity like the gardens in summer, yet warm and comforting like stepping inside from the winter cold. Velvety chocolate wraps itself gently around every piece of fruit, coating it in silky sweetness and creating little bursts of flavour with every bite. A moment that makes eyes light up – and hearts even more so.
House bar
A gentle clink, a curious glance: the minibar is more than just a cupboard. Signature beers, sparkling Pona, a sip of “Gezwitscher” and little surprises made for moments of spontaneous indulgence. Thoughtfully stocked for the quiet pleasures in between. The first minibar selection is included. And for those who feel like a little more, an honesty wine and drinks cabinet awaits in the lobby.
