Everything you need to know for your time at LaPosch

• Check-in from 3.30 pm (please let us know if you plan to arrive after 6.00 pm)
• Check-out by 11.00 am
• Early check-in per chalet: 30% of the confirmed accommodation rate (check-in from 9.00 am; includes breakfast on the day of arrival)
• Late check-out per chalet: 30% of the confirmed accommodation rate (check-out by 5.00 pm at the latest)

Your booking will only be considered confirmed once we have received a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay. The deposit must be paid within 5 days of receiving your booking confirmation. The payment must be made in such a way that the recipient incurs no charges. If the deposit is not paid by the deadline, your booking will be automatically cancelled.

A processing fee of EUR 20.00 will be charged for the refund of the deposit in the event of cancellation.

The remaining balance can be paid on the spot in CASH or by credit card (Maestro, VISA, Mastercard or AMEX).

As our garden boutique-resort is very intimate and small-scale, last-minute changes have a particularly significant impact on us. Many guests book well in advance – so if a booking is cancelled, there is often very little time to reallocate the chalet or lodge. Nevertheless, we always try to work with you to find a solution:

If we are able to rebook your chalet or lodge at short notice following a cancellation, we will of course waive the cancellation fee – it’s that simple.

Our official cancellation policy: 

• up to 3 months before arrival: free cancellation
• up to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the agreed total price
• up to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the agreed total price
• in the final week before arrival: 90% of the agreed total price
• in the event of late arrival or early departure: the full amount will be charged

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance. 

The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) under Austrian hotel contract law apply.

Depending on the season, there is a minimum stay. However, we can find a solution even for shorter breaks. Drop us a line and we’ll see what’s possible: info@laposch.com

LaPosch – Living Lands is a place for all generations – even your smallest ones are most welcome here. We’re happy to provide a cot and high chair at any time. Outside, a wild garden full of stories awaits: babbling water, fragrant flowerbeds, hidden paths. A little paradise for explorers of all ages. A friendly reminder: please keep a close eye on your children.

Your beloved furry companion is welcome to stay with us and will be charged at €30.00 or  €40.00 per night.

Good to know:

• two dogs are allowed per chalet. A third dog may be accommodated on request. We’ll work something out together.
• some chalets (No. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6) have a fenced-in garden so your pet can explore freely. In others, we’re happy to provide a portable fence – ensuring both safety and freedom.
• your dog is very welcome in the restaurant, whereas the spa is a place for you to enjoy some peace and quiet on your own.
• rule of conduct: Dogs must be kept on a lead within the chalet village. And if you’d like to snuggle up on the sofa, please place a blanket underneath – that way, everyone can stay comfortable.
• just in case: vet Dr. Pfleger in Reutte is close by.

Stays can only be booked on a bed-and-breakfast basis. Breakfast is served daily in the privacy and comfort of your own Loge and Chalets. Breakfast is not available at Restaurant Klaras. 

You can also enjoy half-board in the private setting of your Loge or Chalet. Meals at Restaurant Klaras are not included in the half-board package. Without half-board, you’ll enjoy complete culinary freedom: dine as you please at Restaurant Klaras or Restaurant Walters, or have meals delivered directly to your accommodation via the gourmet service. Should you, as a half-board guest, decide to visit a restaurant, the cost of half-board for that day will, of course, be credited to your account.
