Beauty and purpose, inseparable. Aesthetic design held in the quiet embrace of ecological responsibility – a sustainable holiday in Austria. Blooming perennials, whispering grasses, fruits ripening into small morsels of brilliant flavour – an edible landscape that is candy for the eyes and bounty for the table. Five hectares (12 acres) to wander, linger, and simply be. The gardens are our own act of devotion to this humble piece of land – tended with mindful respect and always in harmony with nature.

Staudengarten (Perennial Garden)

A calming display of colour and form, inspired by the vision of Piet Oudolf. Perennials, grasses and herbs weave together a living work that shifts with the seasons – from the first tender shoots of spring to the hardened gold seed heads that stand quietly through winter. Every plant fulfills its purpose: for the insects, the birds, the soil beneath. Here, diversity is not an ideal – it is something you can see, touch, and walk amongst.

Waldgarten (Forest Garden)

A garden that breathes like an ecosystem. Trees, shrubs and herbs grow in equilibrium, offering one another shade, sustenance and shelter. Fruits, nuts and vegetables thrive within this living community – in a place that shows, simply and abundantly, how sweet the fruits of working with nature can be, and how diversity, given space, transforms into strength.

Küchengarten (Kitchen Garden)

Among the herb patches and vegetable beds, seasonal gems make their punctual appearances. Everything that grows here finds its way into herbal infusions, oils, and dishes that pack the true flavour of the landscape. Guests are invited to observe, to pick and help tend the garden – and experience with their own hands how dedication and soil are transformed into nourishment. A garden that not only provides sustenance, but also moves the soul.
